Title: Is Mos Def past his prime?

this is inspired by that Mathematics thread, someone said he was dope back in his prime i.e. Black on Both Sides.

but because hes changing his style and moving on to bigger and better things with his acting would it be wise to say his prime was Black on Both Sides/ Black Star era?  or is his growth and change with New Dnager and Tru3 Magic just evidence that his prime hasnt even seen the light of day yet?

hell nah, i always expect heat from mos, cant imagine him droppin enima grade shit.
