is the source tight? cuz long ass time ago i ordered vibe and it was alright except there was a lot of r&b bullshit and other phonie sections but i heard that source is almost all rap/hip-hop so i'm gonna give it a try ;D

Yo, the Source is a hip-hop magazine.  Vibe is a fashion, R@B, rap magazine.  Comparing the Source to Vibe is like comparing Allen Iverson to Eric Snow.  Vibe magazine is wack.  You will not be dissapointed with the Source, aside from them showing favoritism to the East Coast, Def Jam, etc.

I had a subscription to The Source but it ran out and I never renewed it.  I still buy it, I think it's a good mag.  The only flaw is the ratings they give for WC albums.
