Long Beach's own Techniec is back! To this day, Tech is considered by many as one of the best rappers not to have a real solo album out there. We're all hoping that 2007 is the year he drops, because we've been waiting since the LBC Crew days! To ease the wait, Techniec has got some mixtape music for the fans; he jumped on the Dr. Dre produced 50 Cent single "Straight To The Bank" and flipped it Dynamic Certified style.
