How unpopular is it to remove the bulk? I keep my inbox fairly well cleaned up most of the time.. Wouldn't want to be in Rud's situation and having to look for that certain one out of 3000 messages :D

haha true it probably does but as you rightly saw trawling through them all could be an issue!

i have a chart in the office where i have marked the page numbers of important/may need to review PM's over the years! sad but essential i've found!
