The Orlando Magic seem to have caught a big fish for their open head coaching position.
Reports from Orlando say the Magic tendered a sizable offer ($6 million per year for six years) to University of Florida head coach Billy Donovan, an offer he is rumored to have agreed to in principal.
Donovan is expected to be announced as the next Magic head coach by the end of the week.
Donovan guided the Florida Gators to their first National Championship and did the unthinkable this year and repeated, giving Florida a two-time Championship.
Donavan has no NBA coaching experience and played one season in the NBA for long time mentor Rick Pitino, as a member of the New York Knicks.

It'll be interesting to see if his incoming class stays in tact. I'd be willing to bet Jai Lucas ends up at Kentucky or Oklahoma State now.
