Title: Most underrated rappers

I believe that some of the most  underrated rappers come from the bay. They are constanly being slept on and some of them can really flow.Mac Mall, Mac Dre, RBL Posse, and the Siccmade camp are just some to name a few. Anyways, list some of the rappers who you think should be in the spotlight. From west to east, north, south,midwest,underground name some of them.

SNOOP DOGG, why cause he's so underrated for his lyrics , none of us can touch his level , but still some sayin that his lyric are those wrote from a kid or some , fuck that
