I hear a lot of people (both artists and fans) saying that someone is keeping it West in their music, or that some artists don't keep it west enough, the latter has been said about me on numerous occasions. So I've been wondering what exactly does keeping it West mean to you? I have my own idea of what it means, but I want to hear from some people first before I give an opinion.

I disagree homie. Not everybody lives the same way on the West Coast so it's impossible for one style of music to reflect a whole city, state, or coast.
