I think this could be a good album, but why have so much outside production?  It's not like anyone takes him seriously as a rapper, so it should be all about the production for him.

The only "one man band" I know of is mr. DJ Quik.

Is he trying to rap on this though? Bad move if you ask me. If I was him, would've just produced the whole thing, have some dope spitters on there to do the raps, and maybe do a chorus or two and some adlibs myself. But since I'm not Swizz, I guess that's not happening.

how are you gonna call the album "One Man Band" and then get outside production?? it just doesnt make sense...

I find two things painful about this release. One, the fact that someone somewhere will actually buy this album and say Swizz is a good rapper and two, that this is the vehicle that Q-Tip has decided is a good thing to bless us with comeback attempt with. While I'm sure it will have at least one listenable song on it I can't help but think the album will be repetative garbage. I guess we'll see.
