The Lost Tapes is a bootleg LP of unreleased Masta Ace tracks, which all was supposed to be on his comeback album on "Big Beat records". The album was dropped by Big Beat because they thought Masta Ace wasnt commercial enough.
Instead he released the album "Disposable Arts" on "JCOR Records" in 2001, which is one of my favorite albums of all time.
The Lost Tapes LP is released by Masta Ace himself on Thorough Records and includes 6 tracks, he has said that the rest of the tracks from the "Big Beat" album is at his home, and that he might release it on a new bootleg LP in the future.
So check out these 6 hot tracks: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZSXKZYAL

what cd of his has "ghetto like" on it?
-
These tracks are hot. His re-release of "Take a Look Around" is also definitely worth the money. "Ghetto Like" was a Fat Beats 12" that never got an official CD release. It is on his Hits U Missed, Vol. One CD and may be on one of those Fat Beats compilations. It's really hard to find uncensored as the vinyl says it is but really it is not.
