i added the spurs at 7 to make things more interesting

1. Lakers-9
2. Celtics-9
3. Bulls-8
4. sixers-8
5. pistons-8
6. knicks-4
7. spurs-3

Boston.  The Spurs are the best team in the NBA over the last decade, but the Celts were tops for a grip.

it's less bias to the lakers if i give them 1 bye round if i do it this way
