They premired a new song called "Holla at Ya Boy." Is he still fuckin' with Black Wall Street? Is he even from the Westcoast? The song sounded very southern.

It was a cool track. Sounded like a generic south song, that was the only thing bad about it. I just looked it up, he's from San Francisco's Filmore area.

after hearing his songs on mixtapes, he could not have picked a more weaker song than that single. that shit sucks.
he could have picked so many singles from his Rise mixtape...shit i picked one out for him that i know for a FACT would do damage on the radio.

What song would that be?
I think you need to pick a week, corny, or "south sounding" song to get any radio play anymore. Just how it is.

Besides Yukmouth, Ya Boy is best in the west

ya boy gets burn on the radio from hoodrat miguel on power 106. miguel used to be a DJ up in the bay area, i forgot what station wild 94.9 or 106 KMel, but hes now a DJ at power 106. So thats why ever since he started, you h ear a lot more bay shit on the radio.. like people like Ya Boy, Mistah Fab, etc.. u hear ya boy at least like 3 times on the radio at night.

Yeah that's a tight song.

I like the Warriors remix better. I don't know if it's just because I'm a Warriors fan or not but that song is just sick.
