movie of the year, no doubt

special fx were awesome, story was good for a michael bay movie

only a few gripes with it, like prime having lips and no face place, and bumblee bee being bigger than jazz, and megatron looking nothing like megatron

Best action movie I have seen in years...I was blown away. I'm not big on special effects, I'd rather have a good plot and dialouge, but the special fx were probably the best I have ever seen.

Some of the action was cut way too quick. It was hard to make out just exactly what the hell was going on. They should have set the camera (computer) back a bit when the robots were kicking ass. It was almost like smashing the shit out of three soda cans with a sledgehammer and spinning a camera 360 degrees around the mayhem as u snap pictures of it. Ok, maybe I'm exxagerating but damn... it was harsh.

you summed up the movie great. Watching the action scenes had me like, "what the fuck is going on" too. They were too up close and too fast paced. I gotta admit, I went to sleep a lil bit towards the end. A little too cheesy for me.
Also, I think those car commercials with the cars transforming fucked up the newish kind of feel for me when it came to watching the movie.

I don't get what was wrong with that anyways, it made good sense to me. Maybe the plot was *too* complicated for some of you if you really didn't understand it.

@ KURUPTION-81: I hear you...but I think that the big bosses over at Universal (or whatever company released it) were fearing that the movie would have less chance of appealing to a major audience if they concentrated on the Tranformers more than on humans. Having that little romance story in the movie, makes it accesible to pretty much everyone.
