Title: Anyone know much about Cadillacs?

I got a coupe deville 1978... everytime i start it... it makes a buzzing noise... i dont know what this buzzin noise is meant to be about. But my highbeam wont work anymore and I think this all has somethnig to do with the Generator? Any help would be cool...

just thought someone might know wat it is..might be small or somethin... can do it myself.
