Title: Best way to clean scratched cd's

My 2K7 is pretty dirty, I cleaned it with some "cd cleaning fluid" but it ain't working, anybody got others tips?

Meguiers Plastix.  Its meant to clean fog out of headlight and taillight lens and it works crazy on cds.
