Title: Best Bittorrent client

i recently got a new pc, running vista, and am having trouble with my bittorrent...i usually run Azureus, but for some reason it wont run properly on my pc...it probably isnt configured properly, but can anyone tell me what they feel is the best client to use, and if its azureus, how to configure it properly to work on my new system...thanks  8)

Any special way you have to config this or is it good out the box? 
Because I tried downloading stuff and I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right but it's just beyond slow, if it starts downloading at all.
