he died in England during a guest spot. His heart was inlarged. His weight was his main reason.
Side note, Bad News Brown is on the list at 63, the sad part is that the average black life span in the US is 65, so he really didn't die young compared to statistics. Some of that list the wrestlers also died of over weight, see Earthquake, others reasons not drug related like Gorilla Monsoon's battle with cancer, and others were addicted to other drugs besides steriods, i.e. half the list.

From what I´ve read Tenta also died from cancer, bladder cancer or something like that. When he was diagnosed with it he used to post on wrestlecrap(?) forums and used to post updates about his health till one day he didn´t post anymore.
You know, the Benoit tragedy really made me aware of how fucked up the whole business really is, it´s a fuckin shame to be honest and as a long time fan (since around 88-89) I somehow got the feeling that every fan is somehow responsible for all those early deaths. It´s really really fucked up.

I kind of feel that too, that we as fans drive them to do it. I personally think that WWE needs to lessen the schedule, they now have a 3rd party wellness program, which I think needs time to work. People like Benoit will fall through because he has been the way he is WAY before the WWE did anything at all. It wasn't until Eddie Guerrero died that McMahon took notice, as that night Eddie was going to win the World title. Vince is at least active in fixing the problem, but it will take at least 5 to 10 years to see results. Hopefully we will see the Attitute era stars clean themselves up before the end up like the 80's stars are now. :'(
