Title: culpepper to the raiders?
Post by: Bay Area Jat on July 30, 2007, 10:17:26 PM
NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports the Raiders are in conversations with free agent Daunte Culpepper after having him in for a tryout.

This sounds like either a direct indictment of how Josh McCown has played in early practice or a means to create leverage in talks with JaMarcus Russell, who remains unsigned. Also, the Raiders currently have just one arm in camp (McCown's) with Andrew Walter recovering from knee surgery. Jul. 30 - 11:00 pm et

LA does have a pro football team. USC. They're as good as the weakest NFL team every year.

Man Oakland needs to stop bullshittin and get JaMarcus signed. We are going to end up having a couple has beens at QB and I am tired of those. JaMarcus and Oakland need to get this deal done ASAP.

Yea...I think some rookies (at least the ones who hold out) really don't realise the importance of being on training camp...It has extremely important, i've witnessed this first hand with a couple players on my Titans

Kerry Collins came off a GOOD season with a BAD raider team..Titans needed some help at QB, so we signed Collins late...Wasn't until the 3rd pre-season game we decided we wanted him..He played HORRIBLE with us, and I really think that's because he wasn't at camp

Pacman Jones had an amazing 2nd year, but his first one was quite bad (O INT's)...He heldout, and missed the first 4-6 weeks or so of training camp

theyll win more then 4 games for sure this year. I would say a 2 to 3 game improvement over last year.

Dude you need to help me out. I'm looking for good seats but not that expensive. I'm thinking of spending a maximum of 300 for both tickets.
