Title: What does the title of the Eastsidaz album mean?

OK this is probably a stupid question, but what does the phrase "Deuces and Trays: The Old Fashioned Way" mean?

snoop and goldie loc are rolling 20 crips (dueces means 2) and tray deee is from insane and 30 (trays means 3) and old fashioned way means back in the day when every one was cool with each other and united....rolling 20's and insane's are rivals but they're united on this record

word! but Insanes are also found around 21st Street even though it's suppose to be RTC territory
