Personally, I dont like it primarily becuz its produced in the same vain as tracks from the first nu-mixx instalment. Yes, this track sounds very generic. The introduction sounds so "cut n pasted" and unfortunately this is an official amaru sanctioned release. If only the producer(s) had used a grittier sound (similar to the original) it would have sounded more insync with pacs vocal delivery, resulting in a better song. In addition, similar to his more popular cousin on thugs get lonely 2 (em's version), Butch Cassidy performed a forgettable chorus.. nothing really special there. Honestly, im just hoping that this isnt the first single becuz it will have the same effect as pac's life did. A DUD.

Totally agree; but this track is interesting... the beats have gotten better since Nu Mixx v. 1, but I thought the piano in the beginning was hella corny.
The beat is banging, but it just doesn't seem to fit his vocals... I know it's a remix, but it would have been nice to incorporate the og's song feel to the beat.
props for the hook up

they really need to stop with this, you cant take classic tracks that have been releasesd, change the beat and artists and expect them to be better.
They are never going to be better than the original, just put out the unheard tracks as they were made and any that were remixed on UTEOT, LTTG, better days etc.

LOL Amuru will never do that... it makes to much sense ;)
That's why i'm glad in 1999 I got like 5 cds of bottlegs... although there's so much stuff, I rather hear them with the oG beat than the crap remixed on his albums since the millenium (minus 2pac live)
