I just got back from the snoop concert in san diego and it was whack as fuck. Daz, kurupt, eastidaz and snoop where on stage when they all said "fuck deathrow!" 1 min later there were 10 or 15 bloods in ALL red storming the stage. Snoop and everyone ran fast as fuck. The bloods kicked all the speaker over broke dj jams tables and records. and the show was canceled half way through. I cant look at dogghouse records the same anymore. i still love them, but they got PUNKED!!!!!! Snoop and friends out numbered them by alot to. the only thing people on stage did was through some chairs into the front row, then they ran. Damn, that was a bitch!!!!!!

I always check out this site but never post, but i gots too After last night. I was at the Snoop concert here in Daygo and DPG got punked. Snoop, Daz, Kurupt, Roscoe were rapping and yelled fuck deathrow. Soon after, bottles and red rags were thrown on stage and fools were set trippin hard. Someone got hit in the head with a water bottle, looked like snoops uncle june bug. Then all of a sudden snoop,daz, kurupt and all the people on stage were gone and about 20-30 bloods rushed the stage. Fucked up the entire set, threw records in the crowd, knocked over a stack of speakers and flashed signs to the crowd. It was legit too cause walking out of the concert the was a shit load of bloods running around yelling fuck crab, talking real loud saying how no crips gonna be coming round here and looking for some more shit. shit looked hella planned cause there were bloods everywhere, Daygo is blood city for the most part. Me and my homeboys lost respect for DPG cause they didn't do shit. I guess i expected more from them than to just tuck tail and run. for repping crip so loud i thought they might stay there and trade blows with some of the bloods.
Concert was a definite disapointment. Weak stage, weak sound, and weak ending. jus my take on shit.

Well I see ur side, you want the real thing. But so many of us don't see music today as entertainment.
Like a movie, or a broadway show, what you see is fictional. Snoop is holding an image as most rappers do today. He doesn't go around and slap bitches around, beat niggaz up. Thats an image he is holding. Yes, he used to do shit like that, but he is grown and has realized better things. I enjoy his music as an escape from other things and entertainment. He is good at what he does and I'm glad he is doing it. But I also know that what he says in songs are not always true. We should all know that before we storm a guy for running a stage. It's all an image. Thats all it is.

This isn't no bullshit...the stage did get over run by bloods and there were bloods all through out the crowd as people were clearing out. It all started when red rags were thrown on stage because Snoop said "Fuck Deathrow." Then they threw blue rags back and shit started poppin with people throwin things. The first blood that walked on stage got knocked out cold by one of dpg's security guards. Homeboy stoodup and then he got hit and his whole body went limp as he fell back into the crowd. After that it was a riot.

If he's a changed man, then why doesn't he change the subject matter of his songs? I'm not saying he should change it in all of his songs, but he should mix it up.
This whole image thing is another story. Snoop should know better not to throw up signs if there are consequences. As Snoop said himself "don't do the crime, if you can't do the time". He can throw up gang signs now and they don't mean anything to him, but there are people in gangs that take this gang shit seriously, and Snoop should know since he was a crip. The San Diego bloods took offense when a bunch of crips came to their town and insulted them by saying "Fuck Death Row", who's CEO is a blood, and throwing up crip signs. They believe in this gang shit 100% and they defended their gang, and in this case Snoop ran. And to this resorting to violence, wasn't it Snoop that said in the latest issue of The Source that he was about to pull out a gun at the Awards in 2000? No dissin, but Snoop should think about shit before he does it.

i've seen about 4 diff accounts so far... doesnt sound death row related to me. looks to me like they dissed some bloods in the crowd and they retaliated... the death row connection is obvious.. prolly couldnt be proven even if there was one.

i dont think it was bloods from death row, but death row does got some niggaz in daygo down for them, oh yeah and when the up in smoke concert came to daygo there were also a grip of bloods ready to start shit but security wouldnt let them in ( proubly them same niggaz from lincon)

dj quik- he fled stage here in bakersfield actually when jay-z came, a couple of people jumped on stage from the front row and dj quik went backstage and didnt' come back til they had secuirity line up the front of the stage
the only artist i know who's foughten back was axel rose and he landed in jail for doing that and had to pay thousands of dollars...i'm sure no one in snoops party wanted none of that to happen

CHULA VISTA -- Rap artist Snoop Dogg turned in an abbreviated performance at Coors Amphitheatre following a disturbance that broke out shortly after his set began Sunday night.
A security guard at the concert suffered a minor injury after he was struck by an unknown object, Chula Vista police said. No arrests related to the disturbance were made.
Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, was the headline act on a bill that included performances by Tha Eastsidaz, Doggy's Angels, Dogg Pound, Bad Azz, Soopafly and Butch Cassidy.
A crowd of 9,500 people attended the show.
During Snoop's performance, unidentified members of the audience began shouting at members of the artist's sizeable contingent of friends, performers and body guards who occupied the stage, Lt. Dan Linney said. Most of the on-stage entourage were wearing blue colors, in apparent support of a gang.
A group of men wearing red, an opposing gang's colors, positioned themselves near the stage, according to Brian Murphy, a Union-Tribune publishing company employee who attended the show.
Murphy said it appeared the audience members in red were upset by the show of colors. Hand signals were exchanged between the two groups, he said.
One of the red-clad audience members tossed a red visor at Snoop, striking him in the chest.
More unrest followed.
An unidentified concert-goer tried to get up on the stage and was forced back into the crowd by security, prompting those in the crowd to begin tossing objects onstage, Murphy said.
Those on the stage retaliated by tossing objects into the crowd, such as speakers and microphones.
The disturbance was sufficient to cause some of the people allowed on stage to flee backstage, creating a minor panic, Chula Vista police Lt. Dan Linney said.
The artist quit performing and the house lights were turned on, signaling that the show was over, according to Murphy.
Loud noises from the stage, possibly caused by live microphones being dropped, prompted some people to believe a gun was being fired, and some members of the audience began fleeing the area in a panic.
No guns were found, Linney said. According to Linney, officers from his department briefly took the stage to form a skirmish line in a show of force, but left soon after it appeared most people were leaving peacefully.
Snoop had been on stage for about 45 minutes before terminating the show," according to Buck Martin, general manager for the amphitheatre. He said the concert was about 80 percent complete when the performance was halted.
"It's unfortunate a small contingent can disrupt an event like that, that had actually been going very smoothly," Martin said. "The Coors Amphitheatre management took a lot of precautions to insure a safe environment." In addition to metal dectectors stationed outside the main entrances, a metal detector was also installed backstage that anyone who left the area had to pass through in order to re-enter, Martin said.
Martin praised Chula Vista police, and the private firm contracted to provide security for the event.
"People did not overreact once the house lights went on," Martin said. "We have a plan in place, in cooperation with the city of Chula Vista and everything went off without a hitch. The seating area, the plaza and the parking lots were cleared with no problem and it's unfortunately that a small group for about a 15-second interval caused a disruption."
The disturbance marred what was otherwise a peaceful evening. Performers repeatedly urged those in attendance to cause no trouble and simply enjoy the show.
Linney said only one arrest was made when a woman was found under the influence of drugs.

Actually, after checking ALL the posts and doing some checkin' by myself, I believe SOMETHING did happen at that concert in San Diego. But again, NOT to the extent of what was described by the first fool who initiated this topic. A couple of Bloods on the stage, Snoop and co leaving the stage, NOT running away like bitches, but just being FUCKIN' SMART for a change. That's what happened. Coz NOBODY wanna die. But it's true that Snoop should check his very public Crip alliance and signs throwing in concerts. He told Xzibit (on Restless): "do music and leave that other shit alone, homie". Axl Rose was a crazy mutha fucka. People didnt rush him, he actually dove into the audience & beat up a guy who was taking photos of them. He apparently signaled to the guards to take him away & they didnts so he was singing, then all of a sudden air Axl into the crowd & pumbled the guy
