has WC ever recorded on a dre beat..either on of off his songs or a feature..he would sound sick over a dre beat..just by listening to ' the streets' produced by Scott Storch, which is a dre sounding beat u know theyd sound good together..
-
Nope.

Nope.
Yeah...Dre has never produced a WC track. Whats even crazier is Dre has only produced ONE track for Ice Cube, and that was 'Hello', which was not even a Cube track but more like an NWA reunion track.
Considering their history you'd have thought there would be a bunch of Dre Produced Cube tracks, but they almost never work together.
-
"Hate In Your Eyes" was produced for DubC right?
-
Nope.

Yeah for a Cube album just that track, but on a soundtrack they did Natural Born Killaz.

Yeah..but I don't consider NBK a Cube song, and the same thing for Chin Check...those were Dre produced tracks but Dre rapped on those tracks, as well as Snoop, Ren etc... In fact Dre has NEVER produced a song with just Cube on it....which sorta makes sense, it alwasy seemed like Deathrow and Cube were in parrallel universes both reppin the W lol..they never seemed to cross paths.

Well let Cube tell it, it is Dre holding up that from happening.

man will never know what is in dre's valuts ;D

Mannnnn...I would do ANYTHING for the Cube/Dre version of "Cant C Me"...not to mention "Gimme 50 feet", the other track they did.
-
Dre is too busy , don't know what he's doin but he's too busy
-
Would be tight to hear WC rapping over a Dre beat but I ain't holding my breath lol.
-
It looks like they were at least talking about hooking up as of last year for the album, but Dre is so much of a bitch that surprisingly ::) it never happened...The fee was probably to high for a half-assed uninspired emailed beat or maybe Dre was just too busy ::)
Dubcnn: You just said you were on your way to see Dre. Any chance of seeing you over a Dr. Dre beat?
Yeah hopefully! Hopefully! Hopefully! We've been talking and shit. It's all good.

I got mad love for Dre....but I swear for a dude who's really busy the past 5-6 years...he sure hasn't been part of much, lol.
I think Cube said it best...you can't sit around waiting for Dre...you gotta do your own thing and if it happens that you hookup with Dre for a track great...but you cant sit around waiting for him.

Sum tracks on "Str8 outta Compton" were Dre produced and only had Cube on it like "I ain't the 1" and "A Bitch iz a Bitch".

Yeah..talkin strictly post NWA

that would be dope though

I remember a WC interview back when the Ghetto Heisman came out...he said that Dre gave him a beat but somehow it got lost or deleted when it was time to mix it down.
That's a shame, I'd like to hear Dub rap over one of Dre's tracks.

Fuckin Def Jam :-X

At this point other than Bishop Lamont I really don't anticipate Dre working with any west coast artists, including WC.

i would love for it 2 happen, but i know it just won't (not just WC, most west artists)
-
WC was on the Up In Smoke tour, so they have certainly 'worked' together.
Dre has produced PLENTY of Cube, if you wanna go into semantics about who's on what track and what album it was on/the official title of the group of people behind the track then go ahead and do so but one could fill up about 2 CDs with all the Cube-rapping-over-a-dre-beat tracks.
And it's pretty much confirmed through Nima's interviews that WC is one of the many many artists that has contributed recordings for Detox.

-
wc will be on detox??
i think not!!
well wc had a mixtape...he could rap on a dre beat :)..but he chose some other beats...
dre is 2 busy workin with busta,eve,50 cent,...he forgot about real g's!!u know how many mc's would sound dope on a dre beat?!!
dre & snoop was really close...and how many beats he gave snoop in tha last 10 years?? i think 4!
He gave 1 to Crooked I...
why u think eveyrbody dissin dre!!! "when tha real niggaz gonna eat ? "!!!!
remember in tha 90's...so much mc's in tha westcoast and dre created THE FIRM with nas ,az,nature and foxy brown!! produced tha whole album! it was a flop anyway..but i mean WTF??? why them????
-
People GOTTA let go and just realize that Dre aint doing shit for u, but only for him. When has Dre ever Said he's doing things for his fans like most rappers today?
-
Dre and Cube were meant to have an album together but Suge wanted Nate, Dogg Pound, Pac and Lady of Rage to get albums out before Cube and Dres album, which is a shame.
Also Dre was gonna do some tracks for Death Certificate but he heard No Vaseline and didnt.
-
Dre producin' wc? ain't gonna happen in this life time...
-
dont even know
-
Here's a little exclusive preview from the WC interview dropping on dubcnn on Tuesday concerning this topic:
dubcnn.com: In our last interview, you told me you were on your way to see Dr. Dre, did any music materialize out of that?
WC: Hell naw! Hell naw!! But you know what though, we did start working on a record, but Dre right now is... he's tied up right now doing him man. He's trying to get that record together and everything, and I wish him much love and success. Ain't no love lost man. I ain't gonna stop knocking on the door and try to holla at the homie and make it happen, cause I know where we're at with it. Fuck what another nigga say, I know where we're at with it. We got unfinished business that we gotta handle, and it's gonna happen eventually. It's all good.
-

more like 12-13 beats...
anyway, Dre doesn't owe the west anything... they turned their backs on him when he left DR.
-
Dre is too busy , don't know what he's doin but he's too busy
recording with 50 cunt and gay-unit and such suckas and at the same time real artists need his beats.fuck dre.
-
I Got Only 3 Songs That Dre & Cube Are On It..
After The NWA ERA (That Are Dre Produced Beats)
Natural Born Killaz
Chin Check
Game Over - Scarface Feat. Dr. Dre & Ice Cube
-
hope that Dub/Dre goes down
-
Nima, thank you for that. I think WC means that him and dre have a very positive relationship when he says things like 'we know where we're at with it"
but of course, we'd need more context.
