I was watching The Wood last night, and I heard an Eazy-E song getting played right after Stacy robbed the liquor store and they were giving Mike, Slim, and Roland a ride to the dance. I couldn't tell what it was...but since the movie is set somewhere between 1987-1989, I would assume this was an older song from him...but it could just be an anachronism, and it might be from the 90's.

I thought they were playing "Freaky Tales" when they were giving them a ride.

what is The Wood?

^ a movie
short for inglewood

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA You was watching that shit on tbs

The Wood is classic. Kind of the "ghetto" version of American Pie. But yeah, this movie to me is funny as all hell. I've watched it more than a dozen times.
But yeah, Ruger Rik nailed it. Too Short's Freaky Tales was bumping in the whip during that scene, and that song was out in '88, so it suited the scene perfectly. No anachronism happening there.
