Clean Version of Curtis is Leaked!
-
OHhhh not crazy about this track or the beat.
-
Fire - Prod Dr Dre (http://www.zshare.net/audio/33934200a56b3c/)
-
So did Dre's hook make the cut? I know the verse didn't.
-
8) 8)
-
WTF .. you're all gonna get your ass banned for posting album links
-
Both of them tracks are horrible, Fire doesn't sound like a Dre beat.
Nowadays Dre just seems to make 5 seconds of music loop it then add another bit every 20 seconds, what a joke.
-
Is this the same Dre that made Still DRE and the Next episode? :grumpy:
-
wow, pretty underwhelming

Dre didn´t really make the "Still DRE" beat. Most of the beat was produced by Scott Storch and Mel-Man. BTW, "Come N Go" is pure garbage
-
This is the 1st 50, Dre track, where 50 saved the track and not vice versa.
-
The quality of the sounds used on the track is very high. But I don't know where Dre has been going with the arrangements...it feels like something is missing...the track doesn't "go" where it should (no pun intended). Does anyone else get that vibe from Dre's latest beats?
"Fire" is getting a lot of criticism, but it's actually one of the doper new Dre beats...there's signs of life when it comes to the arrangement and the melody.
-
^^ Come And Go is like a mixture of Get Low and Hustlers. All 3 beats are very average.
Fire is banging. Plus he also might have done Man Down and Touch The Sky.

Yeah Fire is dope. But is it actually produced by Dre? I just looked at the credits thread in the Vault and it seems like there's some uncertainty.

dre is full of shit now a days who knows what that guy is doing in the studio the guy has all that money you would think he would bring the original crew back mel man mike elizondo camara kambon sean curse all the beats hes put out are garbage recently meech wells terace martin al these new guys are outshining dre now either hes lost his passion for making beats or hes saving them to shock the world on detox whenever that drops

50 said it in a radio interview.
-
could be swizz beats
-
"Come N Go" is doper than "Fire" to me. "Fire" sounds like something Timbaland would produce.
-
These beats are pretty hot!!!
-
Come N Go is dope as fuck.
-
i don't understand how dre is giving 50 this 'come and go' track and also 'fire' for his lp. both beats are very average, basic loops by dre standards. 'if you aint 50 we aint speakin' wtf is that dre on there? outta control rmx is the better track from dre by a looooong way, maybe 50 shoulda saved the beat instead of using it for a pointless rerelease of the massacre. sure he was never gonna make an in da club part 2 but i think dre and 50 could of come up with something better than 'come and go'. in my opinion, a really wack effort. i'm just annoyed cause i was only really checking 50's lp for some new dre productions, assuming he'd been giving him some heat. i'm worried about detox after hearing this too, although i probably shouldn't be, seems 50 just got a raw deal from the doc....
-
Ok, here what I think the deal is:
Have you noticed how dre is throwing tracks here and there for different artists and how he is experimenting with new sounds.
Everyone will agree that a big % of his new beats are below average but some are really dope. So, I think he is just trying to see which one of those tracks will be liked and accepted by the audience. It seems like he is really trying to achieve some new sound but he can't still find it. Probablly that's why Detox is taking so much time. Definitely Detox will be different form Dre2001, like dre2001 was different from Chronic.
So, I bet Dre is paying attention to what the fans are liking and disliking in the new shit he is cooking and finnaly he will pick up the best sound and beats. Most likely he has done hundreds of beats meant to be on Detox and 90% of them are in the recycle bin.
Hopefully, he will do it again like he did it with the last two albums. There is no way he fall off after all this waiting. I mean he is not stupid to do some avarege album. He is rich and will be rich even without releasing a solo project. So, why he is doing it - for the fans, I guess.
Let him give those tracks to other artists even they are not the best ones and save the dope shit for Detox!!!
Peace
-
fire - horrible
come and go - average as fuck
-
I ain't givin dre slack no more cuz this man promised us an album over 7 years ago and we still waiting...
these dre beats are flat as fuck.. they suck
-
If the Dre beats on Stat album and Bishop album are nothing special , it will confirm Dre has fallen off hard .. if not that would mean he's dumbing his game down to schock for Detox ... but these on 50 album are GARBAGE
-
fire is cool to me......come and go is :-\
-
Come n go is ok, it just sounds like 1 repeated loop. Fire is kinda annoyin 2 me on the 1st listen, 50's flow is kinda strange on it 2.
Both are nuffin special really. From 2 heavyweights like Dre & 50 these tracks shud b bangin, but instead ??? :-\
-
Come and Go - prod by Veto and Roomio :-X

lmao
-
Dr Dre's hearing has become impaired, all those years in the studio :(
-
Either Dre is fucking over 50 with shit beats or 50 ain't picking the right ones.
Surely Dre must have had something on a level with "30something", "Trouble", or "Outta Control remix" in his vaults??
-
For those of you that still like talking about and anticipatin Detox...this shoulda done you in, join the rest of us now and stop giving a shit about that album
-
Just to clarify, Dre did not produce Come And Go. He only did Fire.
-
Since when do Dre's engineers make beats?
Mauricio "Veto" Iragorri and Robert "Roomio" Reyes are Dre's main engineer and main assistant engineer, respectively.

Maybe Dre's too busy ::)
