Title: is the Crips & Bloods - Bangin on Wax vinyl EP rare?

just got this at the record store today, thought itd be worth something.. anyone have an idea? i never seen it before.
its not the full album, its an EP

I had that, i sold it for about $20-30 i think...its pretty rare on 12" tho...

that shit is rare u can get atleast 50$ for it on ebay or somewhere
