J-Ro feat. Chords - You Call That Love?
This track is very different from part 1 and 2. A) It's a whole other style, B) It's from 2007. I'm listening a lot to this track at the moment though, so I thought I would post it, since it didnt get that much attention when Yash posted it like a month ago..
It's the new single from former Tha Liks member J-Ro who lives in Sweden and is getting ready to relase an European Album called "Rare Earth B-Boy Funk Vol. II". I'ts gonna be released on the swedish Ju-Ju records (owned by Timbuktu).
The track features and is produced by swedish Chords, a VERY dope producer/rapper/singer. You'll probably allready by now know what the track is about, because of the title, but I'll say it anyway :P. It's about love, both J-Ro and Chrods are rapping about their frustrations about the girls way of showing love and asks them if they call that love, at least I think that's the best way for me to describe it. I love the beat, real mellow and laid back! Chords really did a great job on this! J-Ro's verses are dope, I'm actually not that much in to J-Ro and Tha Liks, but they sure can rap! They lay down a great chorus and Chords comes correct on his verse.
Once again scandinavia shows their skills in hiphop.. I love it!.. I call that love!

That's dope as fuck but a bit repetitive with the piano keys. I think it'll stand the test of time anyway.
Yo, Jakob thanks for bringing it back as I obviously missed the earlier update.

Props to the people checking it out..

I'm suprised, over the years they have made some great music together.
I find it interesting that J-Ro has gone to Sweden, and basically started over.
I like the direction J-Ro is going. It's a nice track with a dope concept - the hook could be better - but overall it's another thumbs up from me.
I'm going to be offline for up to a month after this weekend, so keep me notified with future parts through a PM or smth..
Props!

I'm not sure, but I think he is married to a swedish woman.. Maybe he wanted to get to a better audience or try something new musicwise.. Europe got some great hiphop artists and producers..
Anyways.. Europe > USA..
