wow this guy really fell off, they payed money for those beats?
"Come & Go" is shit and that "Fire" track has gotta be one of the gayest songs in history
even lately Dre being subpar was still good, these tracks (and the whole album) are just laughable
shit is a joke really

I wonder if Dre specifically make these songs for 50 or did he pick them out of a beat package like he did for the Massacre. I always partially credit or fault the performer themselves. Unless they have no say on the beat, they are the ones picking them out, so if 50 did that, apparently he liked it.

"come & go" was not prod. by dre.
dr dre better have the best hip hop album ever with detox with all this waitin and it
better be west coast not the other shit he coming out with.
-
^ The Vault said he produced it
well if he didn't then the only track he got is "Fire" and that's even more embarrassing
for his name to be affiliated with that track is sickening
-
I wonder if a artist would be a bold to say to Dr. Dre "hey that beat you gave me was wack!!" I wonder how Dre would take news like that.
-
I think it's quite obvious that nobody these days has any balls, the way everyone is selling out and making candy raps

True. I always wondered that about him. Is he open to constructive criticism or is does he look at it like you need me more than I need you. Because that would be the worst to have to accept a bad beat and try to make it work for the sake of not making him mad.
-
what's the real deal behind Come & Go? and who put the word out that it wasn't Dre who produced it? the weird thing is that it's not even listed in the printed credits. every other track a producer and mixer is credited but they left out both things for Come & Go
-
I'm not really feelin' Dre's beat to "fire",I think he should of kept his g-funk style that we're all so used to hearing from him on "Curtis" instead of switching it up to sth. we can't possibly categorize as an original dre beat
-
lol i think that Fire is a serious club banger, but i dont agree with some of yall saying the production of dre was wack on Massacre too, Gunz Come Out is a superb track

Who said the beats on The Massacre were wack?
-
After reading the credits, Dre basically did 3 tracks:
- Co-produced Straight To The Bank that is fire
- did Come And Go which has a nice melody but just boring ass loop
- did Fire, which literally shakes your sytsem, car but the track itself is average (the beat is not made for your pc)
Patinetly waiting for Bishop.

^^^^ Stat is coming before .. if it's coming
-
I hope he gets dropped. I believe he has a dope album under his belt, especially judging by the tracklist with dope guests and producers. But I just cant stand his voice and releasing him will just push back Reformation and Detox for another year.
Plus Interscope completley fucked up that Here We Go joint.
-
let's be real, Stat Quo ain't seeing the light of day

They fucked up to be honest. They shoulda released his album right around the time
his 1st single "Like Dat" came out cuz that shit was a banger.
-
so did dr dre prod. "come & go"?
i thought it wasnt.
-
fire was the shittest beat. im glad there were no good dre beats on curtis, 50 would wreck them with his retard-like flow.
-
^can someone please upload Come N Go and Fire so that i can hear them, props will be issued. thanks in advance.
-
Here's the explicit rip: http://www.zshare.net/download/3456395c26dc5e/
Both Come & Go and Fire is on there, it says Come & Go produced by Veto and Roomio but Dre is still on it singin on the hook!
-
God, the Dre beats on "Curtis" are real bad. But the most beats on this record are pure garbage. Only one I really like is the "187" and "Follow My Lead" beat
-
man, that 5ocent album is straight wack!
worse album of his to date.
-
dre beeats on curtis are allright but not nothing special.....and who the fuck told 50 to name his album curtis :-[

Cam'ron thought he was embarrassing 50 by that "cccuuurrrrrrrttiiiisssssss", so he flipped it on him.

lmao at people saying Come N Go is shit. i listened to it on shitty pc speakers and it sounds ahhite, what do you think it willl be like on a system?? do you people ever listen to songs on a system at high volume? or are you just on your pc or ipod?
-
i like come and go, it sounds bangin on a system
fire though is a piece of shit, terrible beat annoying hook = worse song this year
-
I don't get why y'all don't like "Fire", that beat is hard as fuck, it just doesn't sound westcoast like what y'all expect from the Doc, but if anyone else made it I'm sure y'all would say the beat is dope, and 50 comes dope on it, Buck laced a dope bridge.. the hook ain't that bad neither. Just turn your volume the fuck up and it's dope as fuck to me.
