lately i have been getting pissed off for no reason
no fuckin reason!
yesterday i was at home watching TV and just flipped the fuck out on my brother because he was asking me to help him on his school shit, same shit happened today with my cousins, we went out to eat and i went off on him because he took to long in the bathroom.
this shit has been goin on for a couple of weeks now.

Sounds like me...I try to just hold back and let my anger die inside of me, so it wont affect other people...which sometimes can be worse, cuz instead of subsiding, that anger can build inside until you REALLY snap...But a crab ass muthafucka like me deals with this shit on the regular, so I'm used to it. Just get a punching bag or something...

i work out at 24 hour fitness and then i have boxing
so sometimes i get 2 workouts in a day and everyday i have atleast 1 workout
