I ain't go no where. What, I've been a Raider fan since before I knew the full rules of football, before I even knew the difference between a wide receiver and a running back, and I can tell you this. Last year was the worst year ever, and I remember the mediocor teams of the mid-90's, but they were just mediocor. Last year was just bad, just bad, worst Raider team I ever saw, and I said this back in October. Never saw any NFL team so bad. So what's next, rebuilding. When your franchise QB is 22, and your Head Coach is 32, that's building for the future, 2007-2008 is not as important as 2009-2013. So you can talk all you want now, just like people could talk shit about the Cowboys in the late 80's when they went 1-15 two years in a row, but by 1993 there were Super Bowl wins coming. So talk now, because I predict in a few years you'll be silent, or just hating like Laker Haters during the Bling Dynesty.

very true, we're building on fresh talent just like dallas did in the 90's. just like pittsburg did a few years ago. i'm not worried. plus we have  a good defense still, and we can continue to build on that very easily. defense wins championships, as they always say.

I got a question. Why are Raider fans calling Micheal Bush your "future?" I know he was good in college but this year, he was  fourth round pick! Do you think any franchise in the NFL would pass on him if they knew he was gonna be that good. What Raider fans say now a days are bananas. They say they have the best defense in the leage, when they don't. They say they have the best QB in the recent drafts, which they don't (Keep in mind Russell wasn't even top ten before his last game, in which he played good but not great).

Because he broke his leg you ass shit. No one drafted him in the first 3 rounds because why draft an injured player when you can get someone healthy? Why take the chance when you can get him later? The Raiders were in a position to take a chance on him with our RB depth (Jordan, Rhodes, Fargas.) So if he doesn't end up working out it's no big deal. If it wasn't for his injury they said he was going 1st round for sure. Also they said he was going to be a Heisman candidate. And for the record, the Raiders were getting calls from other teams wanting their 4th round pick. They had the first selection on the second day of the draft. Everyone wanted this guy, it was a matter of how late they could get him.

michael bush was the 1st pick on day 2 of the draft for all 32 teams. about 8 teams tried contacting the raiders for the pick and a chance to draft michael bush. he was a hesiman hopefull until he broke his leg. IMO great pick

Yeah, I didn't know he had a severe injury in his last of college... ::)sarcasm if you're to dumb to understand

Yeah I understand on why the passed him up in the first 2 rounds, but the third round? LOL. You must be kidding me. Why would you pass up on a player in the third round that has all the "potentiol" in the world? You just don't pick up your star future runningback in the fourth round.

And by the way, be ready to delete your account because Oakland is not gonna get more wins than SD.

Dude I know all these players came late but Raider fans are talking like Bush is gonna be their future for sure. As in there is 0% chance that he won't play well.

A good example is Frank Gore. He had TWO KNEE surgeries and he wasn't even heisman hopeful and we picked up with the first pick of the third round. I never heard any Niner fans say he was gonna be our future running back with all-pro status.

Bush was a good pick by the Raiders, my problem is that Raider fans are too sold on this guy when he hasn't had any action in over a year. You understand what I'm saying?

Just hate, haterism dogg. What did the Raiders ever do to you. You hate the fans, well fuck you too, we the thugs of the NFL, take it and eat your wine and cheese like a real Niner fan. Straight up, Bush could be the future, we also have Rhodes who's also young as hell too, so our RB is in a good situation. The D is young, and the QB is only 23, the coach is only 32 and all we need are some young speeders at WR, and some young beast at OL and we'll be good for years to come. You went from getting at the Raiders to nitpicking to make the argument go your way. In reality, you, nor I can predict Bush's future. He could be 100% and still flop, he could be injure prone but still be a All-Pro must every year, that's the beauty of the draft you just don't know. For now, we got Jordan and Rhodes, so things are looking up, and at QB we should be starting Culpepper anyday now, and the D is lead by old man Sapp, so we got the veterian leadership to lead the Raiders to the next point. Dogg, your hate though is not needed if you can't come with a good argument. Say some shit makes sense, not grasping for anything and we might care.

Al Davis and Jerry Jones are best of friends. we used to scrimage together before preseason every year.
