"Boss DJ" is an incredibly dope song. Bradleys voice is amazing and the lyrics can't be anymore on point.

Honestly, I've never been too big on Sublime. And it didnt help that they played them on the radio so often. But they are good for a listen every now and then. Also, Long Beach Dub All-stars are pretty tight too. They are the group that the remaining group members of Sublime joined after Brad Nowell died I believe.

yeah i have friends from LBC that have tattos from Opie the lead vocalist of LBDAS. Where are you from?

Yeah, their radio songs are great no doubt but I wish the radio played a more diverse selection of their songs. Cause so many of their songs are radio friendly that don't get no play.

Yeah i can pick at least 10 songs from 40 Oz and the self titled album that could be radio friendly but american radio liked to play their songs that sounded like everything else they play so alot of people don't know their eclectic style too well.

Tanj, I am not sure if that is the version of Boss DJ that you have, but I am assuming so because that is the version that was released on the disk with Doin' Time.

Rest in peace Brad.

Tanj how is your karma on negative? You always drop great info and insight

Weird

1) I defend NIK. Often.

2) I defend gays. Often.

3) I defend Infinite. Often.

4)I don't put blacks on a pedestal. Ever.

5) I'm not only into hip-hop related musics and have even *gasp* left the hip-hop scene for extended periods of time.

6) I don't jump on the bandwagon and say that everything Bishop does is tight.

7) I don't jump on the bandwagon and say all of Dr.Dre's new shit is whack.

8) I defend people in general/try to hamper conflicts/speak up when I think some shit is wrong despite popular opinion.

9) I don't know alot about really old east coast rap, and some people feel that I'm not a hip hop head because of it and shouldn't be here. Despite the fact that I know a gang about old funk and soul (that rap came from) and other music from way back in the day.

thanks man, I appreciate the sentiment. +1

^^
Props on Noticing that Almost Grounded!!
I still don't know why, i attract a lot of hate!!!
There seeems to be a "KarmaTHief"..lurking in the background, cutting down my karma after eaach post..it's weird!!!

cause we're not gay hating black dudes with 8th grade educations.
