i boguht this tight ass nutrition program.
i have to enter what i eat, drink, and what activities i do.

its fuckin sick

yesterday i drank 4106.9 g of water
and ate 1566.62 calories

and i didnt know riding a motorcycle burns calories, but it says it do

Well I would assume that riding a motorbike requires you to keep some kind of tension in your body (after all you have to keep sitting on that bike) so your muscles work and hence your burning calories. Ask EJ Rizo (I think he is that biker dude) about how tough it can be to ride a motorcycle.

i get sweaty some times when i go ride
so i must be getting some kind of a workout
