Good looking out as usual for the hook up! I love that "One Mic" beat so to have Crook flow over it has me souped!

Hold on a fucking minute. Week 26! Dude's been at it for half a year straight now. Crooked's writing hip-hop history, I'm telling you 8)
Anyway, pretty nice drop, although I have to say that for the first time I'm slightly disappointed with this HHW's lyrics. I don't know...I just didn't get the impression that Crooked was on fire for this one. He came more than decent though, let that be known. But he can do a lot better. But what the fuck am I nit-picking about? Lol...one slightly less good verse in 26 weeks, that's not even worth mentioning. Nevertheless, being the fan that I am, I always give honest feedback, so there it is ;)

By the way: how come this week's and last week's HHW dropped in 128 kbps-quality instead of the usual 192 kbps-quality? I'm just curious...because you can clearly hear the difference.

true... but what a lot of people forget here is Crook ain't putting a lot of effort into these tracks... he doesn't go into the booth with a pen & pad... he just zones out and does it in one take... now if this were an original beat, then the process would be different... but that's not the case here... something that a lot of people tend to overlook when trying to compare Crook's version to the OG versions.

Jsut go to the main site to get it. It benefits Dubcnn by going to the mian page. It varies because it depends on who posts it, i don't post audio links in the forum.

if crook really reads these things, here's a list of beats that IMO he should murder for future HHW's:
Rakim "When I B on the mic"
a medley of DR classics (like "What's my name?", "serial Killa", "Cali Love", "Big Pimpin'", etc. etc. etc.....kinda like the one Biggie did)
Royce da 5'9" "Boom"
Nas "Made You Look"
Wu-Tang "C.R.E.A.M."

I got the 192 version, and it's now been replaced, so go re-download it! Thanks for the heads up guys, I'll work on getting a 192 for Vol. 25 as well. Was that the only other one that was a problem?

Man, this the best Freestyle so far.........we all know he can spit like crazy, but not every tack has to be about punchlines......He did a better job than Nas on this one lol......
