That's right, this is the week 28! Crooked I has been on a roll lately, his buzz building once again, his Hip-Hop Weekly's strong as ever, and he's also on the cover of the new XXL Magazine with several other artists, representing the West.
For the 28th installment of his Hip-Hop Weekly freestyles, he picked the Dr. Dre produced Bishop Lamont track "No Stoppin' Carson". Check it out below:
Crooked I - No Stoppin' Carson (Freestyle) (http://www.dubcnm.com/audio/2007/october/crooked_i-no_stoppin_carson_freestyle-(dubcnn).mp3)
As always, leave your feedback to the track on the forums, and check back next wednesday for vol. 29!

LMAO, same here. This is dope! I love this beat.

Dizamn...he came with it as usual. Hot verse: lyrics, flow, wordplay, delivery --> top-notch as always. Great beat to spit on too!
Like I said before, this dude doesn't seem like he's able to run out of hot verses. He simply keeps it going. That is real talent, period.
-
Is there just no stopping Crooked I? This track was a good choice.
-
28 fucking weeks later, and still heat week after week :o
the beat choice was great, lyrically he killed it, and god damn his flow was ON POINT :o

It's a damn shame... I just hope he knows what he's doing by letting XXL print "November" as an album release date.

Or the Aftermath Ice Cube album... or the Hittman project...
-
Yeah but Rakim for example, didn't work because he didn't wanna do gangsta records.
Crooked I would have no problem with that, he can make club joints too and got that mass appeal.
