DJ Warrior and the Cali Untouchable DJ's are back once again with some exclusive joints for ya'll that they premiered on Cali Untouchable Radio. First up is a track off Aftermath producer Focus' solo album "Dedicated" called "Movie Star", featuring Bishop Lamont & Black Milk. You heard a snippet of the track on the Aftermath "Mangravy" sampler we put up last week. Download the track below:

Stay tuned for more details on the "Dedicated" album.
The second track is a banging Roccett (CTE West) solo track called "You Can Hate Me". The funky production is provided by Reef, and Roccett rides the beat with ease. Click below:

was anticipating some new Roccett. i've only ever heard that joint he did with damizza and bishop recently which was dope (i think it was called view from the top). the beat on this track is tight but was disappointed with Roccett's lyrics and flow which to me were boring. anyone got any recommendations for some good tracks from this dude?
as for the bishop / black milk track, focus brings a smooth beat as always but this is another boring ladies track from bishop. to me this is more of the same one dimentional stuff he did on warren's in the midnite hour album. can none of these dudes tell a story? i was excited by bishop at one time but while i like his flow, it can be a bit one paced and though his word play is good, conceptually he is not as clever as he thinks he is. content-wise, we just get tracks either preaching at us (with some, but little humor) or tracks about his dick. i don't want to listen to either.

I like the whole "preach" songs like the stuff of N*gger Noize but I agree with you about his bitches tracks; they're boring. Those Warren G joints were wack as fuck (minus Guerilla Pimpin) and another example is "Feel On It". The track is nice, mainly because of a banging Focus beat but Bishop really dumbed down his flow, making it a lot slower. I didn't really notice it at first but then I listened to True Crimes or It's Bishop and the flow on these tracks is buckwild.

i guess we have to agree to disagree on the "preach" type stuff. i guess i feel like if you are gonna preach at me show some f*cking humility which bishop definitely does not do. The only dude whose ego i can get past on that type of shit is cube but that's just personal taste i suppose.
totally agree with what you said about bishop's songs for the ladies (guerilla pimpin is dope). bit worried that any album he does get released will lack cohesion and will be a patchwork of bits of preachy type joints and tracks for ladies. at least there will be some banging beats though!
one thing i really do think though is without any story telling skills any rapper gets very boring very quickly and i have never heard bishop tell a decent story in any of his raps...

The new roccett is pretty dope. Reef sampled that Scarface beat nicely.

Just dissagree with you about the last sentence; I think Bishop is a great story teller. The best example is couple of tracks on "N*gger Noize" ---> Translator, The Truth, First They Love You, N*gger, So Cold and HisStory.
