Taje's 1st "Hot Box" [Free Download Gift] - October 20, 2007 By : Eddie
Taje has officially taken over Dubcnn for the weekend! As a "thank you" to all of his fans, Taje is letting us serve up the original "Hot Box" mixtape for our readers as a free download!
The original "Hot Box" is labeled a "mixtape classic," and it sure stays true to that promise. In addition to first-class production courtesy of Dae One, the project also features guest appearances from Bishop Lamont, Problem, Roccett, Mopreme Shakur, Big Syke, and many more. If you never got a chance to listen to the tape that started it all, here is your opportunity. Follow the link below to download your free copy.

Thanks a lot Eddie (& Taje of couse!), I had been waiting for this :)
In fact, I'm listening to the mixtape right now. I'm at track 8. Feeling it so far. Has a nice vibe to it. Just to get it correct: do all of these songs have original production, just like on Hot Box 2? I know that "Dump A Clip On 'Em" has Mobb Deep's beat, but apart from that I didn't recognize any other beats.
I'm really digging this guy's music. His flow, subject matter, deilvery, overall style...he sounds authentic, that's what it boils down to. He doesn't sound like he has to prove something. I like that.
Eddie, tell Taje that I - and lots of other ppl too, I assume - appreciate this free hook-up. Looking forward to hearing more Taje music 8)
