i heard they were aswell, except DJ Muggs isnt playing any part in it
cant picture a cypress hill album without muggs producing

Muggs is busy with the promotion of the record with Sick Jacken, plus he's working on the score of "The Night Watchmen" movie and he got other projects with Soul Assassin and his Angeles Records; B-real apparently still workin on his solo album and Sen Dog got a solo album too on the way.
Muggs said in an interview that he will no more work with the Cypress hill,i dunno why....
-
Yeah, i though they was workin on a new album. But no Muggs? :-\
-
From the latinthug website:
New projects from B Real of Cypress Hill, Fredwreck, Mellow Man Ace, Krayzie Bone
New album from SX10, Sen Dog's rock band featuring an appearance by Zach Wylde
-
They haven't broken up. I read in a Muggs interview that he has done 4 tracks for the new Cypress album, but isn't doing the entire album, only 4 tracks. Also Muggs simply isn't touring with Cypress Hill anymore. Word is bond.
-
A cypress hill album with just 4 tracks produced by muggs is not a real CH album
-
muggs beats are more important to a cypress hill album then b real and sen put together. if he's not doing much production work on it they should just retire the name. i think muggs beats belong on a cypress hill album. he should reconsider what he's doing. i bet given the legends cypress hill are they could get some good production even with muggs :'(...

That's like Gang Starr putting another album out with only a couple tracks produced by Premo, fuckin sucks.

It's not like Muggs is all of Cypres Hills talent. We'll see how an album with less of his productions sounds.
-
it's not that b real isn't a damn good rapper but dj muggs sound is cypress hill's sound. ^

Yeah hes contributed to their signature sound no doubt but all i'm saying is give him a break if he doesn't want to make Cypress Hill a top priority of his after working with them for over 15 years. It's ok to expand/experiment.
-
Muggs AND B are a important part of the sound. It is a perfect marriage. With that said I could only see 2 or 3 other producers that could do beats on this upcoming album that added with Muggs that could still make the album dope
Fred Wreck
Alchemist
B-Real
If they keep it at that I will be happy. And all of them are Muggs understudies with beats and have a similiar style that would fit the CH sound.

E-Swift
RZA (yeah not gonna happen but think back to Temples of Boom)
-
yea thay didnt break up
-
Damn?.. B Real's album been laggin it.. on the real.. it was supposed to have a couple Quik prod.
-
When their last album was released (the one w/ Whats Your Number) they said that it would be the last group album, said no beefs, nothing bad, just that it would be their last album as a group because they decided to do their own things.
