No it ainīt,there was never that many HorrorCore artists on the West Coast either.
You got Brotha Lynch Hung and his friends, then you got Insane Poetry, thatīs it ainīt it?
In Houston there seemed to be a bigger HorrorCore scene.
Did you check out last Ganxta Nip album? Was it any good?
Yeah the majority of horrorcore artists came out of either the mid-west or Texas so thats where the huge fan bases are but even though not many artists came out the west coast, Brotha Lynch Hung had and still has a pretty big following and has had alot of affiliates so it wouldn't be that surprising to me that there would be some people out there into this kind of music.
And which Ganxta Nip album are you talking about?
-
theres lotsa midwest horrorcore acts.
natas
esham
kgp
house of krazees
twiztid
halfbreed
simken heights
bedlam

I got a couple of old natas albums,he got another alias he put albums as to right?
I heard about a couple of the artists you listet, but not their music. Dayton family horrorcore? don't they do straight "gangster rap"?
yeah dayton fmaily was kinda a stretch
natas = esham, mastamind and TNT.
esham was the "star" of the group, produced all the beats and put together the songs and shit. DAMN good producer from 1993-2000, still makes a great beat here or there but not the way he used to

It's been a WHILE since I gave any of the natas albums a spin,at least 10 years since last... I never really took them serious, but thanx for the info. As you see there ain't that many Insane Poetry/horror core fans here, but there's a couple. I still need to check out their new album...
really? Doubelievengod is one of my top 5 albums of all time. and WWW.com and Multikillionaire are great as well.
esham as a person though, he seems bitter that he never blew up. always beefing on and off with ICP etc.

gangxta Nip was the shit. That first album he dropped "South Park psyco" was some classic shit. I have the OG tape lol
