Rapper T.I. is free on bond and is currently signing his paperwork. His next stop is the jail where he will be processed out. T.I. is under house arrest in accordance with his bond which was detailed in court today. T.I.'s hearing was delayed from last last week because attorneys were not prepared.
The holdup was the fact that T.I.'s mom, who was living in T.I.'s home when it was raided by the feds 2 weeks ago, had to move all her things out as part of the strict conditions of T.I.'s bond. which allows for only T.I., Tiny and his children to live in the home, in addition to an adult monitor who will search guests that are on a pre-approved visitation list.
Great news ;)

lol @ his Mom not being able to stay there

Good to hear...

little more insight...
Clifford Harris, aka T.I., will be confined to the new mansion he paid over $3 million for last year. The mansion located in Jonesboro, is a 3-story 6 bedroom, 8 bath mansion that sits on 1.7 acres offering stunning lake views, a swimming pool, dock and boathouse. It will afford him more room and luxury than the smaller residence that the feds ran up in 2 weeks ago in search of guns.
Earlier, I incorrectly stated that T.I.'s mom was living in his former digs. The truth is it isn't clear whether the judge ordered her out of the mansion or T.I.'s former home. What is known is that T.I. couldn't return to that residence since the address was made public by news organizations.
T.I. will be monitored 24 hours a day by a private monitoring service that he must pay for. That monitor will search visitors who are on a list pre-approved by the judge.
He is restricted to the home except under limited circumstances, including medical appointments and court appearances. He cannot own any firearms and cannot have contact with any witnesses or informants in the case.
Tameka "Tiny" Cottle gave a brief statement to SOHH Gyant as she left the courtroom today, saying she was "happy" that T.I. was freed. In addition to Tiny, T.I.'s mother, other family members, Grand Hustle execs, and rapper Young Dro were in the courtroom.
T.I.'s trial is reportedly set to begin in one week meaning he may only have a short time to enjoy the comforts of home.

As a fan of his music, I don't understand why he's risking to throw his career away by doing stupid shit like this...he's probably gonna be gone for at least couple years...
-
Yeah, he better have a studio at his house
-
for those wondering, the judge said he CAN record music...he DOES have a studio at his house..personally, if he IS guilty & knows he'll be goin 2 prison for a while, i would rather spend most of my time with my family then recording music, but who knows :-\

Didnt he say he already has a new album ready in a past interview, so im sure we'll see a t.i. album soon even if hes locked up....
