The best "hood" movie i've seen is Menace II Society

Man, South Central was the shit dawg. That movie got me crying and that never happens. It was a very good movie.

Oh and I made a mistake in my first post. The title of the movie is really "Thinker Than Water". My bad.

 You can't really mention Blood In Blood out without mentioning American Me..... I think American Me is even probably just a little bit better cuz it's more real...... I heard that shit is supposed to be based on a true story...

 "The Wood"... aint really a Gangsta Hood movie... but it takes place in tha hood and it's a good movie

 "Bronx Tale".... aint really a hood movie either... it does take place in tha Bronx though..... but they aint black..

 oh yeah... are you serious about South Central? I thought that movie was wack too. I haven't seen it in a while though... all I really remember is "Duece!".
I've never cried in a movie neither.... saddest movie I've ever seen was Terminator 2: Judgement Day... when he sticks his thumb out while he's sinking into the Lava...... that shit almost gets me tearing everytime.

 I've heard of Clockers.... even seen it around... but never actually watched it... what's it about?

Try Gang Law, that shit is dope! I think it flopped everywhere but Snoop & Master P star & it's jus' bout Gang Feuds in tha hood. Dope sound trk but I can't find that shit anywhere!

"187" is dope 2, Samuel L Jackson's up in that. It's kinda like "Dangerous Minds".
& "Higher Learning" is aight 2, Cube & Busta Rhymes show in that & it's also a John Singleton flick.
