I never got into Nas like that, but lately these songs I just have been randomly downloading is ridiculous.
Tell me that this ain't one of the greatest storylines in Hip Hop written?
He raps so smooth and his raps are in madd detail, you can see the whole thang.
But it's like some the thangs he says in it, is so fuckin' real.
Tell me word!!
And if ya'll is like me, who ain't into Nas like that and haven't heard this song, ya'll need to check it!

the cd is very hit or miss. It seems like every song was either a classic track or a very lackluster track.

If you are a big fan of Nas its a definite go buy. But if you're a casual fan you are better off D/L the better songs.

^^yeah i might just do that, i got into Hip Hop real late maybe around 15 so just havn't got around to checking his whole disography, but yeah, without a doubt hes one of my favs.

The thing about I AM is the original version of the album was one of the 1st albums leaked on the net back in 98. So he basically redid the whole album, but the 1st version was WAY better than what came out. It was supposed to be a double album, Undying Love was the last song on the first, and "Afterlife" skit was the opening of the 2nd..the 1st disc leaked before the release of I AM, and the rest of the songs leaked before Nastradamus. So the disappoint those albums brought about would have never happened if the original version never got bootlegged..and it was classic.
I'll give you a quick rundown of the OG tracks, you can find them on the net or various retail releaseses,sa couple did make the retail I Am & NASTRADAMUS
