From what it says on the clip, this is him speaking while accepting his diplomatic passport to become an ambassador for the goodwill of Haiti. Def bookmarking this...I think it really tells a lot about why he is the way he is, as far as being so socially aware and politically-minded. Dude is one of the realest dudes in music IMO
