Title: Holly Cow, BONE is off Ruthless..
Post by: caTASHtrophe on July 12, 2001, 08:46:24 AM
As said by ERIC Nordquist (one of bones producer and close friend of krayzie and layzie bone).

This info has been posted on the Ultimate Bone Board by him.

If this is true then They will be free to do what they want have can put all there label troubles behind and get back on top of the game where they once was and belong.

hahah

Good.  Ruthless scewed up big time the promotion behind BTNH Resurrection.  Who should they hook up with though?

Personaly i think they should scrap mo thugs/7th sign/ThugLine/FBI records and go independant and make one label with all five members and all the above spin offs on it. For example "Thuggish Records" "Eternal Records" etc.

Or sign to Loud/doggystyle records in the west or DefJam in the East. With heavy promotion they'll be back on top.

I Dunno How Much Flesh Is Gon Be Able To Contribute Behind Bars.

Remember, Ruthless (In My Opinion) Is The #1 Reason The Members Have Problems With Each Other.  It All Stems From Tomika Not Paying Bizzy, And In Retaliation Bizzy No Showing Shows.  That's Really The Only Problem Between Them.

I agree about the Flesh think but if they go independant and make there own label then when he's released he just has to join the others with little or problem.

Yeah, Independent Is The Way To Go, With Any Big Ac tThat's Fulfilled Their Contract.

Flesh Is In For Like 10 Years WOW  He'll Be ON Probably A Couple Songs On Each Album, But Don't Expect No Solo Joints :)

According to MTV News, They said Flesh would be out in 5 years (only having to serve half of his 10 year sentance.

It pisses me off though coz Flesh was locked up when they signed to Ruthless and now almost 9 years laterz its happened again. What a retard, he's locked up again and the rest will probably sign up to a record label AGAIN with out Flesh.

And after listening to BTNHRESS im now thinking he is one of the most important members at this time. Coz on RESS he tore up and made fools of the other members.

laterz

You serious? THANK GOD!!!

Its about time. Now that they are free they should either stick to their own labels or go to Loud since Krayzie is their.

Hell mothafuckin yea. They shoulda got off that label a long time ago. Now, all they got to do is go to a good label that will allow them to have artistic freedom, and they should be back on top of the charts in no time. But it doesnt really matter, since they've already sold like 30 million albums. All I care about is seeing ALL 4 members together in interviews and videos, and putting out the classic albums I KNOW they are capable of, and keeping the solo albums to a minimum. They need to concentrate on BONE, not the mo thug artists, thugline artists or 7 sign artists. Just Bone. And if they wanna promote those other artists, combine them all on one label for heavens sake. Fuck Ruthless, with their career threating decisions. By the Castrophe, I dont know if you remember me, but this is fuckyall AKA Swisha, I post over at the UBB also.

With Bone leaving Ruthless, they are probably the biggest free agents in hip hop history. Any label who has half a brain is gonna want to sign them, so we'll see where they go.....

Yo Hellrazor, I knew who you were from the moment you posted. Im called "Xzibit" in the UBB and i definetly agree with ya, any record label with half a brain will be after them. Also i would love to see ALL 5 MEMBERS together not 4 but with flesh in jail it looks unlikely. I just hope that they use loads of unreleased verses of his for future bone albums coz he RULED BTNHRESS

Laterz.

they should go independent. Aint many distribution companies that wouldnt put their shit out, its guaranteed sales. Fuck a major.

Yea, Flesh probably wont be out anytime soon, which is fucked up cuz he was reaching a peak. He did indeed dominate Res. I hope all this shit is true, and doesnt turn out to be a rumor, id be very disappointed. Bone fans have been waiting for this moment for a loooooong time now.

Thats funny you knew it was me, lol. I guess my typing style gives it away.

If They Went Independent, TVT Would Distribute Them In A Heartbeat I'll Bet, And They Have Great Distribution.

your forgetting

2pac when he left jive
dr. dre when he left ruthless
wu tang when they were seeking individul contracts

2Pac was never on Jive. He signed to Death Row when they were part of Interscope, which he was signed to. Now Jive did rerelease all of his old CDs. And Dre got Suge to get him out of his contract with Eazy, so he never was a free agent there.

But Bone are the biggest free agents since Dre, when he left Death Row. The only close one is when Eminem was still floating around the underground waiting to get signed.

I agree with whoever said they should go independent. THey don't need to be in a bs contract they were in before.

I seriously doubt they will ever have contract problems again.

i heard this on the radio today so i'm 100% sure if this is true or not

krazy, lazie, and wish are in DEEP consideration of signing with either Loud or La Face Records as a group and individually go independant, but they said they gotta sort things out with bizzy

La Face, huh?? That'd be dope, same label as Outkast, another one of my fav groups. An Outkast/Bone collabo has been one of my dreams for awhile now.
