last time i read somewhere he has been writing in jail.
In 2003, Mystikal pleaded guilty to sexual battery and extortion. He is currently serving a six year prison sentence in the Louisiana State Prison system. He was eligible for parole in 2005 and 2007, but was denied parole both times.
who ever runs his myspace said happy birthday to me when it was my birthday on my page. lol. i had a comment my from mystikal one of my fav rappers saying happy birthday. greatest day of my life. ahaha.

I found this on Btnhboard.com:
He's still locked up, but in a few months he is eligible for parole again. He was first up for parole in 2005 and then 2007, but was denied both times. Also, in 2006 he was sentenced to an additional year in federal prison for tax evasion charges, he then changed correctional facility to another Louisiana State Prison after he was released from custody on the federal misdemeanor tax convictions (as his one-year sentence had expired), so he remains in custody on the 6-year sentence. I think this is why people is confused whether he's still locked up or not cause some media said he was gonna get released when he was just switching facility.
So that's it. He's not out.. Still Incarcerated. If he gets approved for parole next time, hopefully he'll be home soon! We'll see!

it was some woman who worked for him, she was stealing money from him. So for punishment he forced her to perform certain sex acts while they filmed it.
-
his music is sooooo sick.
-
If this is true KLC should hook him up with some beats.
