Dubcnn is back today with the highly anticipated second part of our video interview with Eastwood and Meech Wells. In this feature, we continue to answer questions from our forum community, and discuss all of their upcoming projects. We talk about the “New West World Order” mixtape, which is entirely produced by Meech Wells and features appearances from Eastwood, Young Mack Life, E-White, Glasses Malone, The Game, Jay Rock, Bad Azz, and many others. We also speak a bit about the duo’s DJ Skee-hosted mixtape “Block Noise,” which is still in the works. Eastwood tells us about his relationship with “Apocalypto” star Rudy Youngblood, and Meech Wells gives us his opinion on the current state of the West Coast. Also look out for an appearance from Meech’s brother Young Mack Life, and get ready to hear a lot more from him in the future!
Exclusive Video Interview With Eastwood & Meech Wells [Part 2] [November 2007]
"The New West World Order" mixtape is dropping on Monday, November 12th exclusively on Dubcnn for free download! We'll get your work week started off right with another legendary street album. The 30-track plus project is hosted by Meech Wells, Eastwood, E-White, Young Joker, and Young Mack Life, and is mixed by DJ Hustle. Check out the tracklist here. The mixtape is guaranteed to be "tag-free," and will play like a cohesive product from beginning to end. Meech Wells told us, "the tape is like listening to a movie with your eyes closed!" We just got word that Meech will be working on some mixtape projects with Black Wall Street! We'll have more information for you on those projects as they develop. It was beyond my imagination, what this mixtape would be like. Nowadays everyone has a mixtape. you might a song or 2 thats hot and the rest is a bunch of bullshit. But after listening to "The New West World Order" I am a fan for life. It has been a long time since I have heard an album that you can listen to straight through without skipping any tracks and each track gets you more and more into the movement. I am truly amazed. The artist are off the chain....I have never heard a mixtape in which every artist on it has skills are you kidding me....the game is about to change. And the production of Meech Wells OMG....I cant even desrcibe it...Damn that man is talented....Big ups to you all....And please keep bringing the heat!!!
