Once again tragedy has ascended upon the Hip Hop world. The latest incident occurred late Sunday night, early Monday morning outside the Century Club in Los Angeles after a Killer Priest concert..After the packed concert ended, a charted bus containing more then 20 passengers left the event. It is not clear whether or not the passengers were group members or not. What is clear is that an unidentified vehicle pulled up alongside it and opened up with a flurry of gunshots. The result was one man dead, a woman critically injured and two other unidentified men hurt including one who was shot in the chest. According to the La Times, the mortally wounded man was identified as Tony Lorenzo Galloway. Rumors have been swirling around LA claiming that Wu Tang members have been shot.. Up till now [Tuesday morning] nothing concrete has been confirmed. It has not even been confirmed as to whether or not any Wu-Tang Clan members like Method Man, GZA and others were performing or involved in any sort of dispute..We hope and pray that the group or its affiliates were not involved in some serious altercation resulting in this latest mishap. The LA Times also reports that none of the family members of the injured or dead man who arrived at the hospital at UCLA were willing to talk to reporters.
Thus far LAPD are speculating that the incident may have been the result of a dispute that happened earlier prior to the show.. And as usual the police are suggesting that the entire drama was 'gang related'. They are also saying that the bus driver made a big mistake by not calling 911 when the shots were fired. The driver drove immediately to the hospital. It has been suggested that Galloway's life could've been saved had he stopped and called for help. No arrests have been made or suspects identified, man i swear this shit gettin outta hand
