I got a midterm coming up on Tuesday and I need help with these 2 questions :-\.
Somebody help please ;D
1. A solution that is 1% mass contains
A) 1 mole solute 1 liter of solution
B) 1 gram in 1oo gram solution
C) 1 ml of solute in 100 ml solution
D) 1 gram of solute in 1 kg of solution
which answer is it???
I also need to balance this equation but I am kinda shaky on that
C2H2 + O2 H20 + CO2
any help is appreciated

yeah its wrong...its something like 4C2H2+O2 4H20+2CO
you have to have the same # of elements on each side, we were doing this shit in our chem class last month
