yeah george clinton is sampled all over the place...
not just west coast shit....even OUTSIDE hip hop...

hes influenced a whole lot of people to make dope music....

I would have to say George Clinton, Roger Troutman, and Earth,Wind, and Fire. Have you guys noticed how many times Shining star has been sampled.

on a side note, i think snoop has had his lyrics sampled (repeating his lines) by more artists than any other rapper except maybe rappers delight that song
