I love all of Quik's albums, hes made some incredible music. Get his albums in this order:

1. Rhythmalism
2. Safe & Sound
3. Balance & Options
4. Quik Is The Name
5. Way 2 Fonky

No, I don't own one, it doesn't mean I haven't heard any. I borrowed Balance & Options and Rhythmalism from my homie that lives a few blocks from me. I loved the albums. I just forget to go and get one of his albums so I could listen to it when I feel like it.

Hey All;
I Hope Yall Know That It's Easier For Sites Like This To Focus On DPG, Because There's More News. I Can't Remember (Really, I Can't) The Last Time I Heard Some DJ Quik News.  He Sh*ts On All The DPG Producers (But Dre), And There's Never Anything About Him.

I.E., When Was The Last Time You Heard An Unreleased Quik Track, Or An Alternate Take, Or A Remix? Hardly Ever, But In The Meantime, I've Probably Heard 100 DPG Unreleased Tracks (Maybe Even More).

Trauma Quik does a gang of shit, not as much as snoop obviously (who seems to do anything for some money these days - sorry but its true).

he had his album last year, konnectid project, mausberg cd (RIP), heatmisers. hes also had a few remixes out, and he did those songs with eightball & mjg, janet jackson etc. Hes puttin in work, but hes gettin slept on

"It dont matter cuz we underground anyway"

Oh, I Know He Does A Lot, It's Just From My Point Of View, I Never See News About Him To Talk About. Like The Connected Project, I Didn't See Any News On That Anywhere, I Just Heard Bits And Pieces. And The Mauseburg CD We Couldn't Even Figure Out The Release Date On.

I thought it would, cuz "You's a Gangxta" got a lot of Radio play, same with "Down Down Down"...that just seems like an album that was expected to go platinum...Especially with all them hits...

Also "Balance and Options" seems like it shoulda' gone platnium, cuz "Pitchin on a Party" got played out, also "Do I Love" her got played a lot...I dunno, it just seems like these are albums that seem like they went platinum, cuz the singles are so played out...

i feel you, BUT although those songs were played a lot in southern cal, outside of that they werent played much at all i dont think.

the beat and power usually give quik pretty good play just for all hes done for them, but mtv and them is a whole 'nutha story.

I never see his videos much. Not even on MTV. If they do show it it's only for awhile.

My cable company are bitches. You gotta pay like another 100 dollars a month just to get MTV2. I can't even get Cartoon Network  :(

I remember they were playing that one single off Balance & Options alot. I forgot the damn name of the song though.
