Album Sales This Past Week

Alicia Keys is amazing, she's back at #2 with only a 9% decrease in sales compared to last week. Her album 'As I Am' had 234,370 sales in its 4th week, a total of 1,583,972. Double platinum for the end of the year?

Debuts:
-Scarface had the best first week of all Hip-Hop releases with 63,084 units moved (#17).
- DJ Drama: #26, 48,848 sales.
- Wyclef Jean: #28, 46,519
- Ghostface Killah: #41, 35,671
- Styles P: #52, 29,047
- 2Pac's Best Of Part 1: #65, 22,539
- 2Pac's Best Of Part 2: #77, 18,943
- Too $hort: #160, 8,101

Kanye Vs 50:
- Kanye West: 25,099 (1,762,544)
- 50 Cent: 15,194 (1,157,626)

Jay-Z Watch:
- 45,397 (740,351)

hopefully Wutang will do good this week but looking at these sales don't think they will probably do under 100k :-\

$hort is this year's best selling bay artist if we don't count 2 Pac.

i suggest anyone go get it - who hasnt yet- and apparently not alot of people have
