DJ Skee & Jay-Z "American Godfather" - December 18, 2007 By : Eddie
After the acapella version of Jay-Z's "American Gangster" recently surfaced, DJ Skee immediately had a vision for a creative way to put his own twist on the album. The resulting project, "American Godfather," features the Jay-Z acapellas from "American Gangster" set to the score of the classic film "The Godfather."
Skee enlisted the help of many of the hottest producers on the West - including Rome, Warryn "Baby Dubb" Campbell, Ervin "EP" Pope, and THX - to develop a unique sound for the remix album that would break all sorts of musical barriers. The project sounds unlike anything you've ever heard before, and you know Dubcnn has to hook you up with the free download as usual! Get it below.

Sounds crazy, downloading.
I thought "American Gangster", the original album, was boring and predictable. Let's see if this new mixes makes it more enjoyable.
