The  late 19th street gangs were just as violent if not more than the gangs today.

I Think Hip Hop Playz A Small Part,  But For Most Niggaz & Neighborhoodz Itz Growing Up Without A Daddy.... That Causes Most of That Gang Shyt...IMO
